This section is intended for Basic Cadet and Cadet Officer Graduates who are interested in joining the Philippine Air Force Reserve Force as Ready Reserve. Follow the procedures below to become part of the Ready Reserve Unit and secure your Reservist ID.

1) Apply for the Ready Reserve Unit (RRU) Category first. Graduates of the Basic Cadet Training are initially classified under the Standby Reserve Category; therefore, they must undergo the necessary application process to be transferred to the Ready Reserve Unit Category, specifically under the Air Base Wing Reserve (ABWR), to receive their official designation.
1) Apply for the Ready Reserve Unit (RRU) Category first. Graduates of the Basic Cadet Training are initially classified under the Standby Reserve Category; therefore, they must undergo the necessary application process to be transferred to the Ready Reserve Unit Category, specifically under the Air Base Wing Reserve (ABWR), to receive their official designation.
2) Report to Wing 1, ABWR for the designation process upon approval of the Ready Reserve Unit application.

3) Prepare a 2×2 ID photograph while wearing the Battle Dress Uniform (BDU) with the Lang Kawal patch clearly visible. The photograph will be attached to the Reservist ID application form.

4) Complete the Reservist ID application form and submit the required documents and photograph for processing.

5) Wait for the advice from the EP-in-Charge, 1RCen, RESCOM, PAF regarding the status of the Reservist ID application. Once the Reservist ID is ready for pick-up, proceed with the payment to OAFA.
