Officer Qualification
Must be a bona fide student of PATTS;
Must be enrolled in at least fifteen (15) units per semester as verified by the College Registrar;
Must not have a General Weighted Average lower than 3.0
The candidate must be cleared with the Discipline Formation Office
Must have at least one (1) year residence in College;
Must be recommended by the Commandant and ROTC Coordinator.
Recruitment & Evaluation Procedures
Recruitment & Evaluation Procedures
Applicants must complete each step of the recruitment sequence to move forward in the candidate selection process:
Application Submission: Complete and submit the official Application Form provided by the PATTS Corps of Cadets.
Oral Interview: Attend a formal interview conducted by the PATTS Corps of Cadets to assess leadership potential, motivation, and mental aptitude.
Medical Screening: Undergo mandatory medical examination and obtain official clearance from the PATTS Medical Department.
Physical Fitness Test (PFT): Upon Commandant authorization, undergo a standardized PFT administered by active staff to evaluate stamina, endurance, and physical strength.
Scholarship Administration & Approval
Scholarship Administration & Approval
Scholarship Funding: The scholarship amount is determined by the budget approved by School Management.
Semestral Review: The ROTC Coordinator submits a list of qualified officers and recommendations to School Management at the end of each semester.
Status Changes: Failure to maintain eligibility may result in the reduction or complete revocation of the scholarship.

Retention Standards
To remain eligible and maintain educational assistance each semester, scholar-cadets must meet the following criteria:
Academic Performance: Maintain a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 3.0 or better at the end of each term.
Academic Load: Stay enrolled in the regular, full-semester course load as prescribed by the degree curriculum.
Moral Character: Consistently demonstrate high personal integrity, military bearing, and strong moral character.
Compliance: Adhere strictly to the PATTS By-laws, the PATTS Student Handbook, and institutional policies.
Disciplinary Record: Maintain a clear record with zero active penalties or pending disciplinary actions.
